Global warming is a prevailing thought-provoking environment problem. Right from the north pole of the earth to the south pole, the world is growing warmer day by day. Norvergence, an initiative taken by a team of conservationists, is on a mission to create awareness about the consequences of global warming.
"Today, certain human activities have resulted in a rise of greenhouse gas concentration which is responsible for melting ice caps/glaciers, and rising sea levels" states an expert conservationist at Novergence.
Many lines of evidence collected by NASA demonstrate that the mean global temperature is increasing on pace and is adversely affecting the entire ecosystem. After a deep analyze projections of future changes in the climate, scientists claim that the sea ice in the northern hemisphere is disappearing rapidly.

Ice that took hundreds of years to develop can disappear in just a few coming years. Widespread melting of sea ice due to increasing global warming would apparently change climate patterns in complicated ways. This has resulted in
- a rise in sea levels,
- increased the intensity, frequency, and duration of the Northern hurricanes,
- more droughts, and heat waves across the globe
- changes in precipitation patterns
- temperatures are continuously rising
So, Norvergence is committed to increasing climate literacy across the world to control global warming. In totality, we as humans are responsible to conserve our environment.
